About Lynn
Lynn is an older adult exercise specialist with 20+ years experience. She has helped hundreds of older adults to maintain their independence, age with dignity, and prevent falls in group classes and one-on-one training.
Lynn started her career as a physical education teacher after earning her B.Ed., but soon followed her passion to focus on active aging. Since then, she developed and implemented fitness programming for older adults, and has worked tirelessly to promote active aging.
Lynn has enriched the lives of countless older adults through her practical finesses training, compassion, and exceptional sense of humour.

Lynn is determined to dispel the myth that aging is only a time of losses. Fly swatters, balloons, pool noodles, marbles and even rubber chickens are potential pieces of exercise equipment. Variety is the spice of life may sound cliche, but in Lynn's classes - creativity, enthusiasm and her skill set result in a fun -filled class with no shortage of giggles
