Lynn gave Mom one-on-one exercise for 8 years, starting when Mom was 86 years old. They worked on strength and balance as well as brain exercises to maintain cognition. Lynn made the exercises fun, varied, challenging and specific to Mom’s needs, and always brought a positive and upbeat vibe to every session. Thanks to Lynn, Mom maintained good physical fitness well into her 90’s and was able to remain in her own home because of that. Thanks, Lynn for all you did for Mom!
